How to Use EZ Flow Like a Pro

Step 1: Get Comfy with Your Cup

Your kit comes with two sizes – try both to see what works best for you. Don’t stress, there’s no “wrong” choice, just what feels right.

Step 2: Give It a Good Clean

Before first use (and between cycles), pop your cup in the foldable sterilizer, add boiling water, and let it chill for 5-7 minutes. That’s it – clean and ready to go!

Step 3: Fold + Flow

There are a few ways to fold your cup, but we love the C-fold or punch-down fold to start. Find what feels easiest for you.

How to insert:

• Wash your hands.
• Relax (seriously – tension makes everything harder).
• Fold the cup and gently insert it like a tampon – just lower in your vaginal canal.
• Once in, it should pop open and create a seal. You might need to wiggle it or turn it slightly.

Step 4: Go Live Your Life
